CUSTOMIZATION/PERSONALIZATION
All of our personalization is done in my home. I use high quality items that only a mom could love. The placement of names is at our discretion and the longer the name is, the smaller it will read on the item. All personalized items will have backstitching on the underside of the garment. Please double check the spelling of all names. They will be embroidered exactly as typed, and personalized items are non-returnable. We are not responsible for incorrect information, however if the mistake is ours - we will promptly correct it.
COUPONS
Coupon codes are non-transferrable and only good for returning customers for store items. Coupons can not be combined with any other offers and do not hold any cash value.
PHOTOS ON WEBSITE
Snugglebug Designz reserves the right to take photos of any completed orders and use these photos at or in any other function or display them on the www.snugglebugdesignz.com website for any period of time.
PRODUCTION TIMING
Current timing for all Snugglebug Designz items is 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday and does not include holidays. Most items are personalized, which means it takes a little longer to complete each order. Thank you for your patience. RUSH SERVICE If you would like to RUSH the production of your order, a rush service (not including shipping) is available for a fee which is as follows: 2 or 3 Business Days $22.00 4 or 5 Business Days $16.00 5 or 7 Business Days $11.00 RETURNS Please note that all personalized items are non-returnable and all personalized sales are Final. Snugglebug Designz will accept a product for return within 30 days after purchase date if the product has not been customized with a name. The product must not be used or damaged. Snugglebug Designz will not pay for the return shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions.
TERMS
Snugglebug Designz accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards. All amounts are in US dollars. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Please make check or money orders payable to: Snugglebug Designz
PRIVACY
The information you provide to us will be used solely by Snugglebug Designz to process your orders. Snugglebug Designz will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. Snugglebug Designz will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law enforcement agencies.
LIABILITY
Customers assume all liability when owning a product from Snugglebug Designz. All customers wear all Snugglebug Products at their own risk.
